While Zaid got us financed with a payment that doesn’t hurt. These guys are awesome. I don’t care where they work I’m buying my cars there. This is the spot. Come in with realistic expectations and they will exceed the mandate. Trust. I don’t know how I could have a better experience next time but I’m sure they will figure out.

Untrustworthy. Had a deposit down on a car and they needed a few days to change tires, get out a scratch, etc and we were to pick up the car on Friday. They call that morning and say their finance dept is busy so can we come on Saturday at 11. Then they sell the car to someone else. And what’s worse is they don’t care. Dodge, weave, lie, add charges - believe all the reviews. These guys have zero ethics as a business.

I bought a 2026 Rogue from this dealership in February of this year and just recently paid it off. I called the Parts Department last week to see about getting Touch Up paint for a ding on my door. I give the guy the Vin # and he tells me it has to be special ordered and the cost is $29.00. No big deal until he tells me I have to come to the dealership and pay for it before he can order it. I explain to him I live 40 minutes away and it is inconvenient for me to have to drive there twice and offered to pay with my credit card and he said no I had to go there in person. I then reached out to Nissan Customer Service and they contacted them. They got back to me and said that was the dealerships policy and offered no resolution either. My point is I paid $38,000.00 for a car and now that they got their sale, clearly they don’t care about me as a customer. Even if they ordered the paint for $30.00 and I never picked it up, would $30.00 put them in a hole? Extremely disappointed with this dealership and Nissan. Terrible customer service. Beware!

I posted an honest but negative review of that visit, nothing vulgar or embellished just the truth in a shortened version. Never a follow-up call from anyone at the dealership to see what they could do to make things better. On 6-10-26 after many morning text messages with the receptionist about the same vehicle that was now on the lot over 90 days she set an appointment for 5:30 pm. I arrived a bit early, signed in and was handed off to Steve Vasquez to work the deal on the vehicle. We sat at his desk and started the basic information when another individual came to the desk, had Steve step aside and placed a document on the desk in front of me. He asked if this was me. I looked at the document, it was my review from my first visit. I responded yes that was mine from my previous visit. The individual then told me based on my negative review they ( I do not know who "they" were) decided they did not wish to do business with me. I asked if he believed this was going to help improve my past visit experience and he just repeated himself. I responded politely, This is both unprofessional and immature to take your ball and go home because you did not like the truth to be told. He walked away. I asked Steve who that was and he told me it was the finance manager "Z". I then took a piece of paper and was making some notes to be accurate in my next review of the dealership. Steve returned and told me he had another appointment coming so I would have to leave. Doubtful that was true but I quietly stood up and walked out to my vehicle. I was sitting in my vehicle finishing some notes when I noticed Steve and a co worker walking my way, staring at me. There was no interaction between us. They proceeded to walk past my vehicle to the front row of cars on rt 23. I observed them in my side view mirror. They stood there and watched me. I finished what I was doing, then carefully turned my vehicle around and left the dealership. I pulled into the next business lot and exited my vehicle walking back to rt23 where I observed both Steve and his co worker walking back to the dealership. The failed intimidation tactic just added to the childish experience. When I returned home I searched the dealership staff to get the name of the finance manager Zaid Abass. I then sent an email to the Owner/ President of the dealership, Mr. Osiashvili. I was again , honest about my experience. I provided my phone number so he could contact me and we could discuss this situation. I did expect he would call. 10 days later and still no contact of any kind. This should tell everyone all you need to know about the staff and owner of this dealership. If you have a bad experience of any kind and you leave an honest but negative review there will be zero desire or attempt to correct the situation so you could update your review with a positive resolution that would show the dealership actually cares about the customers. Hidden fees, Intimidation tactics, lies, lack of transparency, unprofessional attitudes and actions are not qualities for success. If this is what the owner allows or instructs then this is not the place to buy a vehicle. Dig into the reviews, look at negative ones and you will see a pattern. I did not look at the reviews prior to my first visit but as I said I was willing to give it another shot and for that I had an experience that I would have given less than a star. I will also mention, the vehicle still had not been properly serviced. The same issues I noticed on my first visit were still visible when I returned.

Their own disclaimer on the listing says the price includes "all costs to be paid by a consumer" except taxes, registration, and licensing. Pretty clear right? Wrong. Get there and suddenly the price is $41,000 before tax?. When I pushed back they revealed they had tacked on $3,995 in "reconditioning fees" that were apparently mandatory and non-negotiable. Fees that, again, their own disclaimer says should already be in the price. I have it on audio recording. On top of that they were running a $750 Memorial Day coupon. I signed up, and they texted me directly saying "This amount will go directly toward the price of your next vehicle." Showed up and they told me for the first time that it can't actually go toward the car — only toward services and add-ons. That's not a miscommunication, that's a lie they put in writing. Walked out without a car after wasting the trip. Looked it up afterward and found dozens of other people describing the exact same reconditioning fee scam on Cars.com and the BBB. There's even an active lawsuit in Bergen County court making the same claims against this dealership and its owner personally. They're good at making Instagram content. Actually selling a car at the price they advertise? Apparently not part of the business model. Save yourself the trip.

Our experience with the Nissan Route 23 Dealership, was to our surprise , positive. The sales person, Fernando Mejia, was patient and wanted to get an idea of what features, terms, monthly budget , that we had in mind. Our past experience with the Rogue and current research helped us return to our local Nissan dealer. Fernando showed us several vehicles and reviewed the features. We came to agreement on what we wanted and what we didn’t want. Next was negotiating and what we were comfortable spending monthly. It was at this point leasing was a better option for us. The term, monthly payment, and mileage was acceptable. We have already recommended this dealership and Fernando to our friends and family. It’s been several days of driving my new Rogue and I am not disappointed. Great decision for our family.

Fernando is genuinely a very easy guy to talk to who demonstrates proper customer service, he was quick to help out and made me feel very comfortable during my time here. He gets right to the point about what’s going on and answers questions very clearly.

We just picked up our new Rogue, and it's great. Nice quiet ride, lots of features. Talk to Fernando, he did a great job for us, answering our questions, pointing out the various features of the Rogue.
